Commissioning Service for the Cook Family...

On Sunday, October 7^th,  2007, a commissioning service was held for the Cook Family as they prepare to leave for Africa.  Ricky and Niki spoke at both morning services and the entire family was commissioned at the end of both services.  The evening service gave the church time to speak to the Cooks and share encouraging words to them and pray for them.  A reception followed the evening service. What a wonderful success our Ministry Missions Auction was on Saturday,
June 3rd!! Through this one event, we were able to raise $4,484.44 after expenses. Thank you, church family and friends, for your efforts in preparation for both the hot dog supper as well as the auction items which you so generously contributed. Be assured that this money will be
used exclusively for our CSBC Missions Ministry. May God bless you richly for
each effort in making this such a success!

Words will never express adequately what we experienced on Sunday night at Seneca Baptist Church. There were 106 in the choir and 17 in the orchestra. But more importantly, we all were in the presence of the Lord. Thank you God! We love you dearly! I pray that our worship was pleasing unto you, our audience of One! Selections from The Worship Leading Choir were presented. Our thanks to Ray Conway for directing this work!
