Church Renewal Weekend - Friday, October 7 - Sunday, October 9
Join Us for a Wonderful Weekend of Spiritual Renewal

The Church Renewal Weekend is a time of family building among church members as we renew our relationship with the Lord -- remembering who we are and Whose we are and understand where along our Christian Journey we are.

Renewal Weekend Calendar of
Scheduled Activities.

A visiting team of Christians from other churches will participate, leading in praise songs and testimonies about where they are on their Journey. They are not super Christians, just ones that are aware of their journey and are willing to testify about what the Lord is doing in their life.

The weekend begins at CSBC on Friday night with a Fellowship Dinner in the Family Life Center, followed by a general session in the sanctuary. There are meetings in the church memberís homes on Saturday morning and separate meetings for men and ladies at lunch. Saturday evening the church regroups for another meal and general session and special family prayer time. Sunday morning, part of our Sunday School time will be used for testimonies from home church members and a special Sunday Worship Service completes the visiting team memberís part of the weekend. The highlight of the weekend is the celebration service on Sunday night, when the church as a body evaluates what the Holy Spirit has been saying to us during the weekend.

Pray that our church will be reawakened to our purpose and passion and that we believers will gain Godly perspective of our role in service to others. We pray that the love of Christ is restored to those who have drifted from their commitment and that this will truly be an Awakening Weekend that will bring the church together as a family.
